Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal can be achieved by a cosmetic procedure called CoolGlide.  This procedure is a non-invasive laser purposely intended to get rid of unwanted hair from any part of your body. The CoolGlide laser can get rid hair from parts of your body like your face, arms, underarms, chest, back, and legs. Laser hair removal was created to eliminate hair with highly concentrated beams of light that are attracted to the melanin, or dark pigment, of the hair.  The hand-held laser is positioned next to your skin, which then activates it, the laser light produces an intense heat that damages the hair follicle, slowing, even stopping future hair growth within that follicle, without causing damage to the surrounding tissue.
